Through Prayer and Missions Work, the women are strong pillars of Greater New Bibleway. Lady Dora Rodgers, along with coordinators, lead the Women's Department. The Women's Department include Missionary Society, Mother's Board, Prayer and Bible Band, Greeters Ministry, Hospitality, Young Women's Christian Council/Christian Women's Council, Business & Professional Women Federation, Women's 5th Sunday Programs, and Women's Retreat. Lady Dora Rodgers also coordinates the Annual Health Fair and supports Community Outreach.
